Privacy Policy

• Details you send through our contact form: your name, email address, what you need help with and your message.
• Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Messages and phone numbers when you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as IP address (used for rate limiting and spam prevention).

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
• To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We rely on your consent (for example, when you subscribe to the newsletter) and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us and running a secure website.

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run the site, for example:

• Vercel, to host the website.
• Resend, to deliver contact form emails and manage newsletter subscriptions.
• Upstash, for rate limiting to prevent abuse.

Some of these providers may process data outside Kenya. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us at info@horncreativeagency.com. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) in Kenya.
